Curzon Lodge, formerly Wolsey House in Ipswich has recently undergone a major facelift. Having stood empty for 15 years, the listed building which dates from the 1400s had fallen into disrepair but was rescued by the Ipswich Preservation Trust who commissioned the works to preserve the integrity of the building whilst converting it into 2 flats and a pair of shops. Working alongside R G Carter, we undertook to manufacture and supply the joinery for this project. The work had to be to a high standard and in keeping with the restoration of the listed building.
